Super helpful staff! Great deals for working on the slope and the locker room is always clean. Doing the 6 week challenge with the personal trainers was definitely a game changer for me I didn’t realize I was out of shape till I tried it, I thought it would be easy until we started. Also some bomb smoothies as well.

Incredible Gym. Incredible Owner. Jen took the excellent care of us after a week backpacking through Denali. Incredible Sauna, welcoming environment, any machine/free weight you need. Jen was the best!!! Thank you!

A wide range of varied equipment, turf, cardio area, and multiple cable stations. Was in the area for one night and was able to walk from my hotel. Had an excellent workout. Definitely a “lifters” gym which is exactly what I was looking for.

Selection of equipment is good, and it is in good condition. People, both staff and other members, are pleasant and nice to be around. The towel service is a nice touch. The number and variety of classes is good for those who wish to participate. We are quite happy with our membership here, and we have been members of many other gyms. We chose this one for proximity to where we live and work, plus the amenities. The experience has been a good one and keeps getting better.

Absolutely perfect experience. Me and 4 buddies ended our Alaska adventure here and were met with exceptional hospitality from the owner Jennifer. Clean gym, friendly members and staff, and amazing and clean sauna, steam room, and showers. Would highly recommend going here if you’re in Anchorage. Thank you Jennifer!

Lovely staff, all the equipment you need, a great place to workout at very reasonable rates. That they are open 24 hours is an additional bonus. I have been taking my family there for a few weeks and we have all been very happy with the gym and have found everyone from the owner to the cleaning crew to be super friendly and welcoming.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Alaska Fitness truly impressed me! I’ve had memberships at a few gyms around Alaska, and this one stands out. AK Fitness has everything you need—and more—without unnecessary frills. The equipment is excellent, the recovery resources are top-notch, and the facility is kept exceptionally clean.

Worked out here for a week before my Denali trip. Paid $45 for a week long pass which seemed reasonable for Anchorage. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Facilities were really good and there is everything you might need both for a strength and cardio workout. The equipment is really well thought out. The hours are really good as they’re open until 11pm even on holidays.

I travel around the country and drop into gyms all over. Alaska Fitness, while certainly not the largest, is one of the best gyms I've visited. The quality and diversity of equipment is stellar and the gym has everything you need to get a great workout in, whether your into weights, cardio, or classes. Someone who knew what they were doing selected this equipment...no junk, all top-of-the-line stuff. If this gym were in my hometown, I'd be there every day!
